Shipping and Handling

Standard orders will be shipped to the given address in 3-4 working days from placing your order.

The cost of the shipping is calculated automatically to your order and can be seen in your shopping chart before paying and confirming your order.

The post office will inform you once the order has arrived. Post office will keep your order 2 weeks and return it back to the sender in case the order is not picked up. We will charge you for the new shipping cost in case of reordering unpicked item.

You will always receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been send. If you don´t get confirmation, please contact our customer service, info@papershop.fi.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right, granted by the Finnish consumer protection legislation, to cancel your order by notifying Service Provider of it within fourteen (14) days of the order. The items must be sent to us in their original condition. When returning a product the client is responsible for transport risks.

Custom & personalized items and sale merchandise are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact our customer service, info@papershop.fi, and we will do our best to accommodate your return.

Payment Methods

All the methods of payment available are secure and safe to use. Papershop.fi accepts Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard and American Express credit cards or internet banking service by Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken. The transactions will be processed by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

Paying by netbanking
Payments over the internet banking is processed by Suomen Verkkomaksut OY (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit companies. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the transaction and proceeds it to the seller. From buyer point-of-view the service works just like traditional payment over the internet.

Defective Products

Our customer service should be notified of defective products or products damaged during transport within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will compensate for defective products or products damaged during transport primarily by replacing the damaged product with a new, equivalent product. If this is not possible, the buyer will be compensated for his money in full. The defective or damaged product must be sent to Papershop.fi for inspection. Papershop.fi will not deliver a new product or compensate for the price of the product until the defect or damage has been verified.

4.Grounds for creating the customer register
Personal data is needed for purposes related to the delivery of items, invoicing, marketing, maintaining customer relations, as well as for statistical purposes, and for developing and creating services and products.

Contact information (name, address for contacting the user), telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, information on ordered item (itemcode and price). We will not be provided with the transactions credit card or bank details by the banks or credit agencies, and this information will stay strictly in respective organizations confidential data bases. We will only be informed with what payment method was used, as well as with the order number.

Sources of information consist of the data submitted by the customer him/herself during the registration process.

8. Withdrawing information
The User has the right withdraw his/hers personal information in the Service. If the User wishes to have his personal information removed from the registry, the User must contact our customer service, info@papershop.fi.

10. Right to prohibit
